At the Coffee Processing Lab we have a detachable giant coffee fruit model that allows participants to learn the structure of the coffee fruit along with coffee producing regions.

This lab is located near Taiwan's Coffee producing areas, with field trips, lectures and a lab that combines indoor theory with outdoor practice.

CQI created a post-coffee processing certification seminar called Q Processing in 2017. This seminae was designed to enhance coffee practitioners's knowledge and skills in harvesting, selection, hulling,
fermenting, drying, shelling, grading, and storage.
